Ktown Reality Cast

the ktown reality show cast has been revealed, and it’s 8 ppl w/ and even mix of guys and girls. i must say the cast does appear to be following ktown conventions in style, except for the white haired jasmine. here are their names: Young Lee, Jennifer Field, Joe Cha, Scarlet Chan, Violet Kim, Peter Le, Steve Kim, and Jasmine Chang.
the contestants looked full blood asian to me except the obvious jennifer field. i looked her up and she’s a half korean beauty queen. well, i suppose that figures… she’s gorgeous. scarlet chan is also some sort of entertainment industry wannabe from the appearance of her twitter. i can’t tell what violet does, but it couldn’t be very time-consuming considering how much she blogs. jasmine, whose hair sets her apart, is of course a hairdresser. peter le is… something i wish had not come up. go to peterfever.com if u really want to know. i don’t even want to know what the other guys do after looking peter up. the show’s official twitter is here.

What a disgusting and homophobic statement. He’s a nude model what’s the big deal. He’s also a personal trainer, author and fitness expert.
Way to belittle a very interesting person. I interviewed him earlier in the summer and he was not only interesting and open to talk to be very gracious.
say what you will, but my opinion holds. i don’t have a problem with bi or gay men in general, or with porn stars in general. they should, like everyone, be free to love who they love and do whatever they find fulfilling.
i have a problem w/ 25% of the guy cast on a reality show being represented as bi or gay when asian guys already deal w/ the effeminate label. even gay asians have to deal with the rice queen phenomenon. every reality show needs a bi/gay/trans person, so i understand the casting. i was just hoping the sexual orientation and overt sexualization issue could be addressed some other time.
UPDATE: nevermind… he’s straight. he just does nude modeling. okay then.

Beauty is actually the way in which you feel inside, but it wouldn’t harm to look great on the outside.
“Peter Le, personal trainer, author and fitness expert” what a myriad composition of complexity and intrigue!! He is a gay nude model who is a fitness expert? Quite the feat! He has gone a long way in shattering the gay stereotypes already! And, he knows how to write? Brilliant? I assume he write mainly on subjects such as philosophy and economics since the word “author” comes in between the words “personal trainer” and “fitness expert”.
